Whittney Russell  Massage therapist.

 Before becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist, Whittney graduated with earning her certification in Swedish, Trigger Point, Deep Tissue, Level 1 Raiki, Hot Stone, and Craniosacral Therapy. She is now licensed in KY and AL.Whittney  Strongly believes that the mind body and spirit all works together as a whole and makes you who you are, good health starts when your  physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health is all in balance, health and healing is dependent on all of these factors, Massage helps with the balancing of life.Whittney performs massage and bodywork, her goal is to relax her client while promoting general health and well-being. Whitney loves to give her clients the information and ability to maintain the benefit of the massage to help the stress and pain relief last long as possible. Stress is the # 1 cause of death and disease (dis-ease) meaning you are at dis ease. Massage relieves discomforts and is used for Stress relief, Managing anxiety and depression, pain, stiffness, blood pressure control, infant growth, injuries, boosting immunity, it’s also used as cancer treatment. Her many hours of clinical experience have helped to refine her skills as a therapist and expand her knowledge and understanding of massage and its effects on the human body. Her field work and experiences have shown her a variety of settings in which therapeutic massage can be applied and the various populations it can benefit. With her strong background in the field of Anatomy, Kinesiology, Myology, Medical Terminology, and Pathology, Whittney has excellent understanding of the human body and its connection to the field of massage therapy. She has really enjoyed working with a variety of clientele.
